Scope
APD were engaged by Essential Energy to complete large packages of reinforcement works as part of their network maintenance.
Technical Situation
APD were engaged to deliver large packages of reinforcement works for replacement of steel mains, upgrading of aged underground assets such as paper lead cable and old street light steel standards, installation of gas switches, soil testing and earthing design.

- More than 200km of steel mains replacement
- Replacement of paper lead cable and old style street light steel standards
- In-house Surveying of power lines
- Liaison with stakeholders to ensure construction works scope is understood
- Soil testing and earthing design for HV assets
